This charming and established villa is set in its own garden adjacent to the Mi Jardin urbanisation and just across the road from Casa Miguel. Villa Teresa boasts a private, solar-heated and illuminated pool with walk-in steps and is not overlooked, ensuring the privacy demanded by discerning guests. By the entrance gate is a private parking bay.
The south-facing front terrace has breathtaking views across the Mediterranean and at certain times you can see the Atlas Mountains in North Africa! Sun-loungers are provided on the terrace for your comfort and relaxation as well as a gas barbecue ( no messy charcoal here ), dining table & chairs and illuminated water feature. So, picture yourself on a warm summer's evening enjoying a glass of well chilled white Rioja while the food sizzles on the barbecue and the scent of cooking prepares everybody for an enjoyable family meal. |

The bookings run from Thursday to Thursday and please note we would ask all guests be packed and ready to vacate Villa Teresa by 10.00 a.m on the day of your departure. The maids will arrive at 10.00 am to clean rooms, change beds etc., ready for the next guests' arrival. Should you have a late afternoon or evening departure flight, we are happy to take care of your cases and take you to the beach or for a coffee whilst you are waiting to depart.
It is important that we know your time of arrival and departure in order to co-ordinate the cleaning of the house and your collection to and from the airport. |

| Villa Teresa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac across the road from Casa Miguel. The area is of exclusive residential private housing within a well maintained development. It is a very peaceful area but close to all the local amenities. The pool and gardens are tended on a weekly basis. |
