Villa Esperanza is located in the prestigious ‘La Capellania’ urbanisation just 3 kilometres from the white Andalucian village of Benalmadena Pueblo. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday with occupation from 2 p.m. (14.00). Please note we would ask all guests to be packed and ready to vacate the villa by 10.00 a.m. (10.00) on the day of your departure. Maids will arrive at 10.00 to clean rooms, change beds etc. at the end of your stay. We are happy to take care of your cases and take you for a coffee whilst you are waiting to depart.
It is important to know the times of your arrival and departure in order to coordinate the clearing of the house and your transfers to and from Málaga airport. |

The nine metre pool is cleaned regularly and the water sampled to ensure correct, safe chemical levels. There is a gas barbecue on the main sun terrace so you can enjoy the flavours of the outdoors without all of that messy charcoal. Entrance to the villa is by remote controlled automatic gates. |

The villa is located in the exclusive area of La Capellania just five minutes drive from the old village of Benalmádena Pueblo with its cobbled streets, white painted houses, bars, restaurants, and places of interest. The nearest beach is only a few minutes drive and has two beach bars. Mijas village is about 20 minutes drive and is world famous as the traditional white Andalusian village. The town of Fuengirola is only a few minutes drive as is Benalmádena Costa with its award-winning marina, with sea trips, live shows, and lots of shops and restaurants. The villa itself is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport.
La Capellania is a very private and sought-after location in the Costa del Sol. Villa Esperanza is a large, luxury villa in the more modern Spanish style and would suit two families wishing to holiday together. The size and layout of the property ensures privacy but its closeness to local amenities allows you the freedom to enjoy your holiday exactly as you like to. The location of the villa ensures you are not overlooked.
Also there is a new shopping centre within easy walking distance and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents / booksellers, tapas bar / café, dry cleaners, excellent Indian restaurant, internet café and new Spanish bar / restaurant with comfort zone for children.
There are good local taxi services and car hire can be arranged with the car(s) being delivered to your door so you don’t have to drive after your flight. In order to give you the best service we offer airport collection & return, welcome food packs and will accommodate special requests such as birthday cakes, restaurant reservations or champagne. |
